If your disability or injury makes it impossible for you to meet these guidelines, aim to engage in regular physical activity according to your ability, and avoid inactivity whenever possible.
Depending on the location and nature of your injury or disability, you may still be able to walk, jog, use an elliptical machine, or even swim using flotation aids. If not, try using a stationary upright or recumbent bike for cardiovascular exercise. When it comes to strength training, your injury or disability may limit your use of free weights and resistance bands, or may just mean you have to reduce the weight or level of resistance.

If you experience joint problems from arthritis or an injury, for example, a doctor or physical therapist may recommend isometric exercises to help maintain muscle strength or prevent further muscle deterioration.
Isometric exercises require you to push against immovable objects or another body part without changing the muscle length or moving the joint. Muscles are gently contracted using electrical current transmitted via electrodes placed on the skin. This is rather disappointing as I have only had the thing for 2 weeks! Other than that, it is a great product. I was hesitating for a long time on all the blenders you can buy online and actually never considered Breville due to its price.
It might be stupid but I thought it was too cheap to be good. I bought another, way more expensive, blender just because this reason. I was sooooo disappointed and finally bought this one. It was just the best decision. It does frozen fruits, as well as hot elements.
Althought I try not to do too much hot food in it, it is possible. The idea you blend directly in the bottle is also really good. It make it so easy to clean after use. I would recommend this product a hundred time! Looks nice and not too big on the counter. Yep a standard blender. Kind of forgot about it. Probably will forget to use it for a while. Crushes ice but don't put too much in at a time.
Best bit though is the blade holder that can be used for small jobs like making breadcrumbs for homemade chicken nuggets etc. Summertime soon so I can blitz fruit and make ice lollies for the kids. Great little blender to sit on the corner of the office kitchen to blend meal replacements or protein shakes. Good size for single servings and the cup spout is wide enough to allow thicker mixes through.
One star removed as the blade cup can be over-tightened to the shake cup far too easily caused a small crack which now leaks small amounts of liquid into the blender base. One person found this helpful 2 people found this helpful. Best blender I've ever had it's fast we use for milkshakes baby food and anythink that needs blending it's also great for blending ice.
This little blender is great for the price and is great for the price. Will blend any fruit and can even blend ice. I bought this as a Christmas present and my partner has used it everyday since he got it.
The only potential negative if you are try to blend fairly dry fruits in may struggle some what and will require you to shake the bottle a bit. Overall definitely worth the price! Good product, does the job nicely for smoothies or after workout shakes.
Only big minus is the bottle, or the cap of the bottle which not seems to be good quality. Very compact, neat little blender. Easy to use and easy to clean. It blends the fruit and ice quickly to make a delicious smoothie that can be enjoyed straight from the container you blend in.
