For breakfast I can eat pancakes, blueberry pancakes, cinnamon buns or oatmeal. I also have access to Nutrisystems website. Exceptional blog and brilliant design and style. I needed to lose weight because I was feeling unhealthy and my waist was growing. When I was on the plan my wife and children would eat their food while I ate my Nutrisystem food. My support group keeps telling me to stick with it longer, claiming that if you stick with the plan you will lose all the weight you want.
I've found it really helpful in keeping my protein levels up when I'm working out regularly - while still keeping calories down. I have been searching for a mid-afternoon snack that would not add tons of calories. Thank you for suggesting one. I also appreciate all of the suggestions and directions you have given here. In fact you may want to learn to juice or liquefy your own vegetables using a juicer or NutriBullet or Ninja. Buy food to supplement 2 of their meals and one snack every day. Oh and supply the food for 2 flex meals each week. You will save a good amount of money. Pus the food will taste better. I still think Nutrisystem is fairly priced, and is an excellent resource for people looking to lose weight quickly.
